D. E. Rice Construction Company, Inc. was founded in 1986 by Dwight E. Rice to serve the oil and gas industry in the areas of heavy earthmoving and pipeline/plant construction.  While performing work in these areas, D. E. Rice Construction Company developed expertise in the areas of soil stabilization, concrete installation, pressure vessel fabrication, electrical work, valve remanufacturing, machine work, road work, and construction /closure of hazardous and non hazardous waste facilities.
